Ream <br />Deputy City Attorney Edward Cooper <br />Clerk of the Council, J an Guy <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member May and <br />carried unanimously (4:0) to approve the Minutes of the Joint Regular Meeting <br />of the Community Redevelopment Agency/City Council held Karch 20, 1990. <br /> <br />Agency Member Griset joined the meeting at 5:45 p.m. <br /> <br />JOINT PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br />DAVID MICHAEL SHEPARD (CHRYSLER-PLYKOUTH/ISUZU) <br /> <br />At 5:45 p.m., Vice Chairman Acosta opened the public hearing on the issue of <br />the Disposition and Development Agreement with David Michael Shepard. <br /> <br />Cynthia Nelson, Executive Director/Community Development Agency, presented the <br />staff report on this item. When the Vice Chairman asked for written <br />communications, the Clerk of the Council replied that there were none. After <br />asking for comments from the public, and hearing none, Vice Chairman Acosta <br />closed the public hearing at 5:49 p.m. <br /> <br />Responding to a question from Agency Member Norton regarding whether this <br />purchase would eliminate one of the proposed Auto Mall sites, Ms. Nelson <br />replied that the remainder of the property will be remarketed as a development <br />site. <br /> <br />After a brief discussion, it was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by <br />Agency Member Norton and carried unanimously (5:0) that the Redevelopment <br />Agency: <br />
