<br />1. <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution No. 90-5 - A Resolution of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana approving an agreement between the Agency <br />and David Michael Shepard; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Approve the conceptual plans proposed by David Michael Shepard for <br />expansion of the Chrysler-Plymouth/Isuzu facility parking lot on a <br />1.5-acre portion of Parcel No.3 at the Auto Mall. <br /> <br />REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE MINTER HOUSE/OAKWOOD APARTMENTS PROJECT <br />(A-12 SITE) <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member May and <br />carried unanimously (5: 0) that the Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency <br />Attorney to prepare and authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director to <br />execute a Reimbursement Agreement with Urban Ventures Corporation for <br />mitigation improvements in an amount not to exceed $100,000. <br /> <br />BOWERS MUSEUM EXPANSION - PROCEDURES FOR PREOUALIFYING CONTRACTORS <br /> <br />Agency Member Acosta stated that in a previous meeting with Ms. Nelson, he <br />suggested the addition of a specific line item to the rating sheet to reflect <br />the contractor's experience in building public projects that involve <br />rehabilitation/new construction combination. Ms. Nelson replied that these <br />issues have already been addressed through the evaluation process/method. <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member May and <br />carried unanimously (5:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the <br />implementation of a prequalification process for selecting a contractor to <br />construct the Bowers Museum project. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EXEMPTION OF PROPERTIES WITHIN BRISTOL CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT AREA <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Norton and <br />carried unanimously (5:0) to continue this item for 30 days. <br /> <br />AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Norton and <br />carried unanimously (5:0) that the Redevelopment Agency instruct the Agency <br />Secretary to enter into the Minutes: <br /> <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda for the March 20, 1990 <br />Joint Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency/City Council was posted on <br />the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 10 a.m. on <br />March 16, 1990. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />At 5:55 p.m., the Clerk of the Council announced that the Redevelopment Agency <br />was recessing to Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section <br />54956.9(B)(1) to confer with its attorney regarding pending litigation <br />(significant exposure), to wit: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Collllllunity Redevelopment Agency vs. Peter Hahn, dba <br />Bud's Trading Post <br /> <br />-2- <br />
