The General Fund will loan $85,000 each to <br />the Inter-City Operations Fund, the North Harbor Operations <br />Fund, the South Harbor Operations Fund, and the South Main <br />Operations Fund for the preparation of plan amendments for <br />each of these four project areas. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the <br />Agency Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, an <br />agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana and Rosenow Spevacek Group, Inc. for <br />preparation of amendments to four existing redevelopment <br />project area plans. <br />
