CA 90 <br /> <br />COMMUNITY-ORIENTED POLICING Roy Uno, Chairman of the <br />PROGRAM EVALUATION Human Relations Commission, <br />HRC RECOMMENDATIONS ADOPTED made an oral report summariz- <br /> ing the Commission report <br />to Council dated March 7, 1978, and stated that the results of a <br />survey taken in the southwest area of Santa Ana showed 50.7% of <br />those surveyed who felt the police service was good, 28.8% who <br />felt it was adequate, and 20.5% who felt that the service was <br />inadequate.
