ORDINANCE NO. NS-1475 THERAPEUTIC RECREATION PROGRAM FIRST READING & PUBLISH TITLE MOTION was made by Brandt, seconded by Bricken, to place the following ordinance on first reading and authorize publication of title: ORDINANCE NO. NS-1475 - An ordinance of the City of Santa Ana adding Article VI, Sections 13-50, 13-51, and 13-52 to Chapter 13 of the Santa AnaMunicipal Code establishing a fund for therapeutic recreation programs for mentally retarded children and adults.
