CA 46 <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING The Mayor opened the public hearing <br />CABLE TV FRANCHISE to consider the application of Six Star <br />CONTINUED TO APRIL 2 Cablevision, Inc. for a nonexclusive <br /> fifteen-year franchise for a community <br />antenna television system to serve customers throughout the City of Santa <br />Aha. MAIN - APPROVED Minor Exception 78-41 to allow~ <br /> on-sale beer and wine in an existing <br />restaurant (La Hacienda Cafe) located within 300 feet of residences at <br />930 South Main Street in the C1 District. <br /> <br />Assistant Planner McPhee presented slides indicating locations of other <br />ABC licenses in the area, and a plot plan of the restaurant and site. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written cor~nunications. <br /> <br />Speakers in favor of the Minor Exception were: <br /> <br />Geraldine McCombe, 720 Marvista, Seal Beach, representing the <br /> restaurant buyer <br />Mike Luzio, representing the restaurant seller <br /> <br />Anthony J.
