PUBLIC HEARING - NS-1482 <br />AB~NDMBNT TO SAMC - REDEFINE <br />"FAMIL?' & LIMIT OCCUPANCY <br />FIRST READING <br /> <br />the occupancy of dwellings. <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing <br />to consider the Negative Declaration <br />and proposed Ordinance No. NS-1482 <br />amending the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code to redefine "family" and limit <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written con~nunications. <br /> <br />The Assistant Planner identified the issues and reconmended approval of <br />the Negative Declaration and Ordinance No. NS-1482. <br /> <br />There were no speakers for or against the ordinance. The Mayor closed <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION was made by Brandt, seconded by Ward, to approve and file the <br />Negative Declaration, place the following ordinance on first reading and <br />authorize publication of title: <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. NS-1481 - 1ST READING and Amendment Application No. 810 to <br /> prezone property located on the south <br />side of Santa Clara Avenue easterly of Concord Street in the County of <br />Orange to the RI (Single Family Residence) District in the City. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written conmmmications. <br /> <br />The Assistant Planner identified the location of the property and recom- <br />mended approval of the Amendment Application. <br /> <br />There were no speakers for or against the proposal.
