<br />Logan Housing Program (Mead Housing
<br />Replacement Program) in response to
<br />the letter dated March 5, 1979,
<br />from Samuel Romero, Chairman of Logan
<br />
<br />Planning Committee, and Francisco ~za, Chairman of Civic Center Barrio
<br />Selection Committee, requesting Council to hear their presentation.

<br />The following persons spoke in favor of continuation and expansion of
<br />the housing program:

<br />~{OTION was made by Bricken, seconded by Ward, that the project now known
<br />as the "LoganHousing Replacement Program" be retitled to "Santa AnaHousing
<br />Replacement Program," and that the program be expanded in terms of the area
<br />in which applications could be taken, to a maximum of 35 homes, and that all
<br />of the procedures, restrictions, etc., that apply to the currently entitled
<br />"Logan Housing Replacement Program," be applied to the expanded and re-
<br />entitled "Santa Ana H~using Replacement Program."
