MOTION was made by Ortiz, seconded by Brandt, to approve and file the Negative Declaration and direct the City Attorney to prepare a resolu- tion in support of the denial of Appeal No. 400, granting Variance Application No. 78-62 and affirming the decision of the Planning Commission.
