MOTION was made by Brandt, seconded by Garthe, requesting Staff to report on the status of the purchase of the Yellow Cab Company of Santa Ana, and requesting the Transportation Advisory Committee to provide a report and recommendation on the letter dated March 20, 1979, from Herman R. Tate, President of Orange Coast Yellow Cab, Inc. for Council support of his application to the U.S. Department of Energy for ex6eptiOnfrom the Federal Ymndatory Petroleum Allocation.
