PUBLIC HEARING The Mayor opened the public hearing <br />AMENDMENT APPLICATICN NO. 807 to consider Negative Declaration and <br />SCUTH SIDE OF WARNER AVENUE Amendment Application No. 807 to <br />ORDINANCE NO. NS-1486 - 1ST READING rezone property located on the south <br /> side of Warner Avenue, between Bristol <br />Street and Pacific Avenue from the C2 (General Co~nercial) and C4 (Planned Shopping <br />Center) Districts to the R4 (Suburban Apartment) District. <br /> <br />Associate Planner, Dave Gunderman, su~mmrized the information contained in the <br />report dated March 7, 1979, prepared by the Planning Department. <br /> <br />The Deputy Clerk of the Council reported there Were no written communications. <br /> <br />Douglas Dodds, 1020 N. Broadway, spoke on behalf of the applicant in support of <br />the Planning Commission recommendation for approval of the Amendment Application. <br /> <br />There were no speakers for or against the Amendment Application. The Mayor closed <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION was made by Yamamoto, seconded by Luxembourger, to approve and file the <br />Negative Declaration, place the following ordinance on first reading and authorize <br />publication of title: <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO.
