PALM STREET to consider the Negative Declaration <br />DENIED and Appeal #403, filed by Ettie Lee <br /> Homes, Inc., Baldwin Park, of the <br />Planning Commission Denial of Variance Application No. 79-13 to allow a 24-hour <br />board and care facility for eight abused, neglected, abandoned, pre-delinquent <br />and delinquent boys, ages 11-18, in the R2 District at 1612-1616 E.
