Lowell, without specific <br />reference to support for nor opposition to any of the five alternatives. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers and the Mayor closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Following Council discussion, MOTION was made by Markel, seconded by Yamamoto, to <br />approve Alternative I, with no change in the existing zoning.
