(Minutes Page 219, Agenda Item 67) <br /> <br />ORAL COF~UNICATION The City Manager reported that <br />CITY OF ANAHEIM SHOWMOBILE use of the City's showmobile <br />AGREemENT - RATIFIED had been requested for two <br /> events at the same time during <br />the previous weekend; that the City of Anaheim had agreed to lend its <br />showmobile to Santa Aha on condition that City release Anaheim of liability <br />in connection with its use. <br /> <br />MOTION was m~de by Bricken, seconded by Luxembourger, to ratify execution <br />of the hold harmless agreement by the Mayor and Acting Clerk of the Council, <br />making possible the use of Anaheim's showmobile by the City, and to thank <br />the City of Anaheim for its assistance.
