<br />own departments, utilizing whatever method they deem

<br />Employees receiving 20-year service pin awards and higher
<br />to be invited to a Council meeting with official recogni-
<br />tion by the Mayor and City M~nager, with a photographer
<br />present, which would provide opportunity for employees'
<br />families to witness the ceremonies and be acknowledged;

<br />Employees receiving 25-year pin awards and higher to also
<br />receive an appropriately inscribed City Seal tile plaque;
