Lowy, Executive Vice President of Lesny Development Company <br />stating their understanding ~hat the awarding of negotiating <br />rights was to be continued for thirty (30) days. He expressed <br />their need for a continuance so they could submit a revised <br />proposal. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Serrato, seconded by Mr. Yamamoto and <br />carried unanimously to receive and file the letter from Lesny <br />Development Company. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Serrato, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger <br />and carried unanimously to reconsider the motion of <br />continuance, from the Redevelopment Agency Meeting of July 16, <br />1979, to the regular meeting of August 20, 1979. <br />
