<br />MOTION was made by Luxembourger, seconded by Serrato, to receive and file
<br />the letter dated August 15, 1979, from Kindel and Anderson, Lawyers, on
<br />behalf of A&C Properties and Warmington Development, Inc., stating their
<br />belief that the proposed ordinance is a workable and acceptable approach
<br />and supporting its enactment.
