<br />An Associate Planner presented the staff report, s~mnarizing the
<br />information contained in the Planning Commission Finding of Fact dated
<br />June 11, 1979, Planning Department Reports dated June 12 and June 26,
<br />1979.

<br />The Deputy Clerk reported there were no written communications.

<br />There were no speakers in opposition. The Mayor closed the public hearing.

<br />Following discussion, MOTION was made by Griset, seconded by Bricken, to
<br />approve and file the Negative Declaration and instruct the City Attorney
<br />to prepare a resolution granting Conditional Use Pemit 79-8, affirming
<br />the decision of the Planning C~mmission.
