There were no other written cormnunications. <br /> <br />No speakers came forward in response to the Mayor's invitation to persons <br />in opposition to the Assessment District. <br /> <br />Ray Garcia, 202 South Gunther, spoke in favor of the proposal. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers.
