<br />. <br /> <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana to pay the <br />District 2.106% from South Main Street Redevelop- <br />ment Project, 2.164% from South Harbor Boulevard! <br />Fairview Street Redevelopment Project, and 2.274% <br />from Inter City Commuter Station Redevelopment <br />Project. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ORANGE COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AND THE <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Acosta, seconded by Mr. Serrato and <br />carried unanimously to approve an agreement between the <br />Orange County Water District and the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana to pay 1% of the tax <br />increment funds received by the City from each of the new <br />Redevelopment Project areas. <br /> <br />Agency member Griset arrived at 6:13 P.M. <br /> <br />CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION <br />PARKING STRUCTURE <br /> <br />OF ELEVATED WALKWAY TO DOWNTOWN <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />After a brief discussion, a motion was made by Mr. Griset, <br />seconded by Mr. Serrato and carried by a 5:1 vote (Mr. <br />Markel casting the "NO" vote) to authorize the Chairman of <br />the Community Redevelopment Agency to award the Bid and <br />execute a Contract with the Al Shankle Construction Company, <br />the lowest responsive bidder, in the amount of $96,669 for <br />the construction of the elevated walkway to the downtown <br />parking structure. <br /> <br />Agency member Markel left at 6:45 P.M. <br /> <br />DEVELOPER SELECTION FOR THE B-2 SITE <br /> <br />Mr. Douglas S. Honig stated that his proposal is for a four <br />story professional office condominium project containing 32 <br />offices of approximately 2,500 square feet for a total <br />development of approximately 85,000 gross square feet. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Ms. Lyndale Dunbar (address not given) and Mr. Clarence <br />McCommis, 1127 N. Laurel, Santa Ana, California addressed <br />the Agency in favor of the subject matter. <br /> <br />After a brief discussion, a motion was made by Mr. Serrato, <br />seconded by Mr. Acosta and carried unanimously to grant a <br />six month exclusive right to negotiate to Mr. Douglas S. <br />Honig for the development of the B-2 site subject to the <br />payment of a $15,000 good faith deposit. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
