<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />t-: , <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br />OCTOBER 4, 1982 <br /> <br />The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana was called to order by <br />Chairman Pro Tern John Acosta at 8:08 P.M., in the City <br />Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, <br />California. After the Pledge to the Flag, and the <br />Invocation given by Reverend Gary Beard, Grand Avenue United <br />Methodist Church, roll was called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />John Acosta <br />Gordon Bricken <br />Daniel Griset <br />Robert Luxembourger <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />J. Ogden Markel <br />Al Serrato <br /> <br />Others in Attendance: <br /> <br />A. J. Wilson, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Executive Director <br />Edward J. Cooper, City Attorney <br />David N. Ream, Community Development Director <br />Thomas E. Hammill, Assistant Director Redevelopment <br />and Real Estate <br />Laura Juarez, Secretary <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO <br />ROBINSON, JR. <br /> <br />PROPOSED <br />MARK P . <br /> <br />SALE BY <br />ROBINSON <br /> <br />THE COMMUNITY <br />AND MARK P. <br /> <br />Mr. Wilson told the Agency members that because the <br />developers had not met the time frame for performance in the <br />proposed agreement, that they should dismiss this item from <br />the Agenda. <br /> <br />There being no objections, the Chairman Pro Tern cancelled <br />the joint public hearing on agenda item 2.A. (Robinson <br />Agreement) . <br />
