Juarez, Secretary <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS APPROVED <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by Mrs. <br />McGuigan and carried by a 3:1 vote (Mr. Markel casting the <br />"NO" vote) to approve the recommendations of Staff on the <br />following Consent Calendar items: <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Approve Minutes of Regular Meeting held on May 18, <br />1982, and Regular Meeting held on June 15,1982. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF A <br />DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br />PHILIPSON DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP/A-l DEVELOPMENT <br />SITE <br /> <br />Set the date of August 17,1982 for the public hearing <br />to adopt a resolution authorizing execution of a <br />Disposition and Development Agreement with Philipson <br />Development Partnership. <br />
