<br />I, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2- <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF AN <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY WITH <br />ORANGE COUNTY TRANSIT DISTRICT <br /> <br />Set the date of August 17, 1982 for the public hearing <br />to adopt a resolution authorizing the execution of an <br />agreement for the sale of real property to Orange <br />County Transit District. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * CONSENT CALENDAR FINIS * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />SOUTH MAIN STREET PROJECT <br />OFF-STREET PARKING PLANS <br /> <br />AREA/CITIZEN PARTICIPATION AND <br /> <br />After discussion, a motion was made by Mrs. McGuigan, <br />seconded by Mr. Markel and carried unanimously to: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Approve the recommended off-street parking plan <br />for South Main Street and to recommend that the <br />City Council delay the removal of anyon-street <br />parking until off-street parking is in place or <br />July, 1984 to provide for implementation of the <br />plan; <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Recommend that the Agency approve the recommended <br />participation plan establishing three property <br />owner/investor advisory groups; <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Recommend that the Agency designate the implemen- <br />tation of the off-street parking plan as the first <br />priority and the realignment of McFadden Street as <br />the second priority with further public works <br />improvements to be carried out based on priorities <br />established by the property owner/investor <br />advisory groups. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH WEISER, KANE, BALLMER & BERKMAN <br />FOR LEGAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br />After a brief discussion, a motion was made by Mrs. <br />McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger and carried <br />unanimously to authorize the Chairman of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana to execute an <br />Amendment to the Agreement between the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana and Weiser, <br />Kane, Ballmer & Berkman. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION <br />PROJECT AREAS <br /> <br />POLICY REORGANIZATION FOR REDEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />Chairman Bricken stated that he had a request from Mr. <br />Griset to continue this item until the next meeting. <br />
