<br />CAMPEAU/GOLDRICH, KEST & STERN PROPOSAL FOR A-2 SITE <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by Mr. <br />Griset and carried unanimously to grant IDM Corporation a <br />ninety (90) day exclusive right to negotiate for the <br />development of the A-2 site, subject to the payment of <br />$15,000.00 good faith deposit. <br /> <br />REQUEST <br />SITE <br /> <br />FOR <br /> <br />DEVELOPER <br /> <br />QUALIFICATIONS <br /> <br />FOR A-5 DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Hal Thomas of the Environmental Coalition, 206 W. Fourth <br />Street, Santa Ana, California spoke on the above subject <br />matter. <br /> <br />After a brief discussion, a motion was made by Mr. <br />Luxembourger, seconded by Mr. Griset and carried unanimously <br />to authorize staff to distribute a Request for Developer <br />Qualifications (RFDQ) for the A-5 Development Site. <br /> <br />REVOLVING LOAN FUND/MAJOR COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Serrato, seconded by Mr. <br />Luxembourger and carried unanimously to authorize an <br />increase of $90,000 in seed funds for the Revolving Loan <br />Program. <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE AN APPRAISAL CONTRACT <br />APPRAISAL OF FASHION SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER <br /> <br />FOR THE <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Griset, seconded by Mr. <br />Luxembourger and carried unanimously to authorize the <br />Chairman of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa <br />Ana to execute an appraisal contract for the appraisal of <br />the Fashion Square Shopping Center with George Hamilton <br />Jones, M.A.I., in an amount not to exceed $22,000.00. <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE AN APPRAISAL <br />APPRAISAL OF MAIN STREET SHOPPING CENTER <br /> <br />CONTRACT <br /> <br />FOR THE <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Griset, seconded by Mr. <br />Luxembourger and carried unanimously to authorize the <br />Chairman of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa <br />Ana to execute an appraisal contract for the appraisal of <br />the Main Street Shopping Center and the KLST Partnership <br />parcel with George Hamilton Jones, M.A.I., in an amount not <br />to exceed $14,000.00. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING/LEASE AGREEMENT FOR PARKING LOT LOCATED ON <br />FIFTH STREET BETWEEN BUSH AND SPURGEON STREETS <br /> <br />Chairman Bricken announced that this was the time and place <br />for the public hearing of the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Santa Ana for the purpose of setting the <br /> <br />-2- <br />
