FLOWER STREET) <br /> <br />Mr. Cooper stated that in order to proceed with this public <br />hearing a 2/3 vote for this action was required. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />After discussion, a motion was made by Mr. Griset, seconded <br />by Mrs. McGuigan and carried by a 5:1 vote (Mr. Markel <br />casting the "NO" vote) to continue the adoption of <br />Resolution 83-4: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOP- <br />MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AND <br />DIRECTING THE CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR <br />REDEVELOPMENT PURPOSES IN THE FERRANTE/WALDER JOINT VENTURE <br />DEVELOPMENT SITE IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA, AND DECLARING THE PUBLIC NECESSITY THEREFOR <br />until February 22,1983. <br /> <br />Mr. Leslie Badin, Jr., owner of 819 N. Flower Street, Santa <br />Ana, California addressed the Agency stating that the <br />Minutes of December 21, 1982 quoted him incorrectly. He <br />said that he stated that: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The property is not necessary for this development <br />at this time; and <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />No present site for him to move to. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED SALE BY THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO DOUGLAS S.
