Hoffman, Principal Real Estate Officer <br />Cindy Nelson, Project Manager <br />Susan Moeller, Project Manager <br />Laura Juarez, Secretary <br /> <br />JOINT PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED SALE BY THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO CM PLAZA (A-3 SITE/OLD COURTHOUSE <br />PLAZA) <br /> <br />Chairman Luxembourger announced that this was the time and <br />place for the Joint Public Hearing of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency and the city Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana for the proposed sale of property known as the A-3 <br />site by the community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana to CM Plaza. The site is bounded on the north by <br />Santa Ana Boulevard, on the west by Broadway street, on the <br />south by Fifth Street, and on the east by Sycamore Street. <br />
