<br />. . <br /> <br />CONVEYANCE OF AGENCY PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE <br />NORTHWEST CORNER OF FOURTH AND FRENCH STREETS TO <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Autorized the Chairman and the Executive Director to <br />execute a Grant Deed conveying the property at the <br />northwest corner of FOurth and French Streets, commonly <br />known as 315 and 325 East FOurth Street, to the City of <br />Santa Ana. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * CONSENT CALENDAR FINIS * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />DEVELOPER SELECTION FOR THE C-5 AND C-6 SITES <br /> <br />Mr. Swanson stated that representatives from Lowy <br />Development Corporation and Halferty Development Company <br />were present to offer a presentation and answer any <br />questions the Agency members might have. <br /> <br />Chairman Luxembourger <br />necessary. <br /> <br />stated <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />a presentation was not <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />In response to a question raised by Mrs. McGuigan regarding <br />parking, Mr. Richard A. Debeikes, Jr., Halferty Development <br />Company, 2300 Michelson Drive, Suite 200, Irvine, California <br />92715, stated that they had provided for one hundred forty- <br />nine (149) parking stalls for their proposed building. <br /> <br />In response to several questions raised by Mr. Johnson, the <br />Executive Director responded that the proposed developments <br />were the highest and best uses for these sites. <br /> <br />In response to questions raised by Chairman Luxembourger and <br />Mrs. McGuigan, the Executive Director responded that the <br />ingress and egress of Owens Drive had not been decided, and <br />whether or not a traffic signal would be considered in <br />developing the Disposition and Development Agreement. <br /> <br />In response to a question raised by <br />Executive Director responded that the <br />objections to the following conditions: <br /> <br />Mr . Acosta, the <br />developer had no <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />that the exterior building finish shall be brick <br />and glass rather than marblecrete panels to <br />compliment and be compatible with the Halferty <br />proposal; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />that the ground floor uses shall be limited to <br />office or financial services. <br /> <br />After a brief discussion, a motion was made by Mrs. <br />McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Acosta and carried unanimously to: <br /> <br />-2- <br />
