The roll was then <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />John Acosta <br />Gordon Bricken <br />Daniel Griset <br />P. Lee Johnson <br />patricia McGuigan <br />Robert Luxembourger <br />Dan Young <br /> <br />Others in attendance: <br /> <br />Robert C. Bobb, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager <br />Edward J. Cooper, City Attorney <br />David N. Ream, Interim Deputy City <br />Teresa Baguley, Secretary <br /> <br />Manager <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />It was brought to the attention of the Secretary that on Page 2 <br />of the Minutes for February 6, 1984, the motion granting <br />Kaufman and Broad Development Group a l80-day exclusive right <br />to negotiate for the development of the West Reservoir site was <br />incorrectly stated in that the motion was actually made by Mrs. <br />McGuigan and seconded by Mr. Young. <br /> <br />There being no further amendments or corrections, it was moved <br />by Mr. Bricken, seconded by Mr. Young and carried unanimously <br />(7:0) to approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held on <br />January 17, 1984, and the Adjourned Regular Meeting held on <br />February 6, 1984, as corrected. <br /> <br />JOINT PUBLIC <br />REDEVELOPMENT <br />PLAZA) <br /> <br />HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED SALE BY THE COMMUNITY <br />AGENCY TO CM PLAZA (A-3 SITE/OLD COURTHOUSE <br /> <br />Chairman Luxembourger announced that this was the time and <br />place for the joint public hearing of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency and the City Council for the proposed sale <br />
