<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DOWNTOWN <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR JOINT MEETING <br />DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION/COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />20 CIVIC CENTER PLAZA <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br />NOVEMBER 26, 1985 <br /> <br />AGENCY <br /> <br />The Regular Joint Meeting of the Downtown Development <br />Commission/Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order at 7:00 PM <br />in the Council Chambers at 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California, <br />at which time City Council was also called to order. Clerk of the <br />Council Jan Guy conducted roll call as follows: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />Daniel Griset, Chairman <br />Wilson B. Hart <br />Robert W. Bobb, City Manager <br />Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager/Development <br />Edward J. Cooper, City Attorney <br />Jan Guy, Clerk of the Council <br />David Ream, Executive Director/Economic Development <br />Roger A. Kooi, Downtown Development Commission Director <br />Edward Henning, Downtown Dev. Comm. Assistant Director <br />Sandi Daniels, Project Manager <br />Janet Grane Evans, Downtown Development Commission Secretary <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />It was moved by Commissioner McGuigan, seconded by Commissioner Young, <br />and carried unanimously (5:0) to approve the October 22, 1985 minutes of <br />the Regular Joint Meeting as received. <br /> <br />JOINT PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE A-12 SITE WITH URBAN VENTURES CORPORATION <br /> <br />It was moved by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by Ms. McGuigan, and carried <br />unanimously (5: 0) to continue this item to the meeting of January 21, <br />1986. Mr. Young expressed his hope that the process of continuance will <br />include examination of some of the off-site parking issues in the <br />affected neighborhood. Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager/Development, <br />stated that such consideration was indeed one of the purposes of the <br />continuation. <br />
