<br />EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY INTERESTS <br />CURE DAMAGES (219 E. FOURTH STREET) <br /> <br />AND APPROVAL OF COSTS TO <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Acosta, seconded by Agency Member <br />Pulido and carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment <br />Agency: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Authorize the Chairman to execute all required documents <br />for acquisition of a portion of Assessor Parcel No. <br />398-327-06 from Allan Fainbarg, Trustee under the Fainbarg <br />Children's Trust, and for the sale of a portion of Assessor <br />Parcel No. 398-327-07 to Allan Fainbarg, Trustee under the <br />Fainbarg Children's Trust for a net purchase price of <br />$3,723.00 payable to Allan Fainbarg, Trustee under the <br />Fainbarg Children's Trust; and <br /> <br />Approve a payment not to exceed $80,000 to Allan Fainbarg, <br />Trustee under the Fainbarg Children's Trust as cost to cure <br />damages for reconstruction of improvements to real property <br />situated on Assessor Parcel No. 398-327-06. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />FIESTA MARKETPLACE URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACTION GRANT <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Following a brief discussion, it was moved by Agency Member <br />Pulido, seconded by Agency Member Griset and carried <br />unanimously (6:0) that the City Attorney prepare, and authorize <br />the Chairman to execute the documentation necessary for the <br />Fiesta Marketplace Urban Development Action Grant submittal. <br /> <br />ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />(A.P. NO. 008-132-07) <br /> <br />1106 <br /> <br />W. <br /> <br />SECOND <br /> <br />STREET <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Acosta, seconded by Agency Member <br />May, and carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment <br />Agency authorize the Chairman of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana to execute all appropriate <br />documents for the acquisition of the real property at 1106 W. <br />Second Street from William L. Bryan and Lucy Bryan for the <br />amount of $75,000. <br /> <br />FUND TRANSFER FOR SCHOOL SITE ACQUISITION <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Griset, seconded by Agency Member <br />Acosta, and carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment <br />Agency approve repayment of $215,560 from the South Main <br />Redevelopment Project Area Fund to the General Fund for the <br />purpose of providing funds for the School site Acquisition and <br />Improvement Fund. <br /> <br />AGENCY SECRETARY'S REPORT <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Vice <br />Chairperson McGuigan and carried unanimously (6:0) that the <br />Redevelopment Agency instruct the Agency Secretary to enter <br /> <br />2. <br />
