<br />into the Minutes: Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.2, <br />the June 16, 1987 Community Redevelopment Agency Agenda was <br />posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center <br />Plaza, at 1:05 P.M. on June 12,1987. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Agency Members adjourned to Executive Session at 6:26 P.M. <br />and returned to the Council Chambers at 6:52 P.M. with all <br />members present. <br /> <br />The Agency Secretary read the following: "The Legal Counsel <br />requests that the Redevelopment Agency recess to closed <br />session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (A) to <br />confer with its Attorney regarding pending litigation which has <br />been initiated formally, and to which the Redevelopment Agency <br />is a party. The title of the litigation is Community <br />Redevelopment Agency vs. Metropolitan Outdoor Advertising <br />Company. <br /> <br />REPORT FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />vice chairperson McGuigan announced <br />report from Executive Session. <br /> <br />that there was nothing to <br /> <br />Agency Member Acosta left the Council Chambers at 6:23 P.M. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AGENCY AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC <br /> <br />O. A. Matkins presented each of the Agency Members with a <br />"White Paper" entitled "SOIL AND PLANT LABORATORY DESERVES AN <br />OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT" . He then made an oral <br />presentation based on this premise. <br /> <br />vice Chairperson McGuigan advised Mr. Matkin that, because of <br />the constraints of the Brown Act, the Agency Members could not <br />discuss any subject that had not been agendized. She then <br />asked that staff report back on the matter in two weeks. <br /> <br />The City Manager assured the Agency Members that <br />analyze Mr. Matkin's "White Paper" and report <br />Agency. <br /> <br />staff would <br />back to the <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before <br />meeting was adjourned at 7:04 P.M. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Agency, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />~Ov~~~-'\~~cr~~ <br />Patricia McGuiga ' <br />Vice Chairperson <br /> <br />Rex~ð' ~ k <br /> <br />Executive Director <br /> <br />3. <br />
