<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />NOVEMBER 15, 1988 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order <br />at 5:33 p.m, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, <br />California. The roll was called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Daniel E. Griset <br />Ron May <br />Miguel Pulido <br />Daniel H. Young, Chairman <br /> <br />John Acosta <br />Wilson Hart <br />Patricia McGuigan, Vice Chairperson <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Griset, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (4:0) to approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held <br />September 20, 1988. <br /> <br />INFILL NEW CONSTRUCTION LOAN - 1130 WEST THIRD STREET - ANTONIO MORAN <br /> <br />SR <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member May, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (4:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the funding of <br />an Infi11 New Construction Loan to Antonio Moran, Sr. in an amount not to <br />exceed $50,000 to facilitate the development of two units which will be moved <br />to 1130 West Third Street. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF URBAN VENTURES ASSIGNMENT TO THE COURTYARD VENTURES <br />PORTION OF THE A-9 SITE (SALVATION ARMY BUILDING) <br /> <br />LTD. FOR A <br /> <br />It was moved by Chairman Young, seconded by Agency Member Griset and carried <br />unanimously (4:0) that the Redevelopment Agency authorize the City Attorney to <br />prepare and the Chairman to execute an Assignment Agreement between Urban <br />Ventures Corporation and The Courtyard Ventures, Ltd. for a portion of the A-9 <br />site referenced as the Salvation Army Building. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO LEASE-PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR DOWNTOWN PARKING FACILITIES PROJECT <br /> <br />It was moved by Chairman Young, seconded by Agency Member Griset and carried <br />unanimously (4:0) that the Redevelopment Agency authorize the City Attorney to <br />prepare and the Chairman to execute an Amendment to Lease-Purchase Agreement, <br />dated July 1, 1986, for the City of Santa Ana Downtown Parking Facilities <br />Project between the Redevelopment Agency and the City of Santa Ana, <br />
