<br />. <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.!J <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />DECEMBER 20, 1989 <br /> <br />The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was called to order <br />at 5:44 p.m. by Vice Chairman Acosta. After the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag, the roll was called: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />John Acosta, Vice <br />Daniel Griset <br />Ron May <br />Richards Norton <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />Miguel Pulido <br /> <br />Chairman <br /> <br />Daniel H. Young, Chairman <br /> <br />Others in Attendance: <br /> <br />David N. Ream, City Manager <br />Edward Cooper, City Attorney <br />Jan C. Guy, Clerk of the Council <br />Debra Kurita, Assistant City Manager <br />Robert Hoffman, Acting Executive Director/Community <br />Vera Harrison, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />Development <br /> <br />tW!!!IES. <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Agency Member May and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the Minutes of <br />the Adjourned Joint Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency/City Council <br />on November 20, 1989 and the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency on November 21, 1989. <br /> <br />OFF SITE IMPROVEMENTS LOAN PROGRAM <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member May, seconded by Agency Member McGuigan and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the Off Site <br />Improvements Loan Program with a maximum loan amount of $50,000 per project, <br />to be made available to families with a gross income of up to 80 percent of <br />the median income for Orange County and to non-profit developers. <br />
