<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ANNUAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1988/89 <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the Annual <br />Report for FY 1988-89 consisting of: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Annual Audit Report as prepared by Deloitte, Haskins and <br />Sells, <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The Annual Report of Financial Transactions, and <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Schedule HCD describing the Agency's activities affecting <br />housing and displacement. <br /> <br />AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member May and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency instruct the Agency <br />Secretary to enter into the Minutes: <br /> <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda for the <br />November 20, 1989 Adjourned Joint Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment <br />Agency/City Council was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 <br />Civic Center Plaza, at 11 a.m. on November 16, 1989. <br /> <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda for the <br />November 21, 1989 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was posted <br />on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 11 a.m. <br />on November 16, 1989. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />At 6:18 p.m., the Clerk of the Council announced that the Redevelopment Agency <br />was recessing to Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) <br />to confer with the City Attorney regarding pending litigation which had been <br />initiated formally, and to which the CitY was a party, to wit: <br /> <br />Community Redevelopment Agency vs. Hayward <br /> <br />and pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c) to decide to initiate <br />litigation. <br /> <br />REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />The Agency Members reconvened in the Council Chambers at 6:52 p.m. with all <br />Agency Members present with the exception of Chairman Young. It was moved by <br />Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Norton and carried <br />unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency authorize settlement as <br />follows: <br /> <br />$180,000 for land, $15,000 for housing assistance, and <br />$5,000 in relocation expenses. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
