Nelson, Executive Director/Community Development <br />Robert Hoffman, Redevelopment & Real Estate Manager <br /> <br />Agency <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (5:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the Minutes of <br />the Adjourned Joint Regular Meeting of the City CounciljRedevelopment <br />AgencyjRedevelopment Commission of November 6, 1989. <br /> <br />Agency Member Griset arrived at 5:43 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE <br />CONDEMNATION OF REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE A-13 SITE (AP NO. 405-162-15 - <br />SOUTHWEST CORNER OF FLOWER AND SANTA ANA BLVD.) AND THAT CERTAIN EAST-WEST <br />ALLEY LOCATED BETWEEN THIRD STREET AND SANTA ANA BLVD. <br /> <br />At 5:41 p.m. Vice Chairman Acosta opened the public hearing on the issue of <br />the public necessity to acquire by condemnation a property identified by <br />Assessor Parcel No. 405-162-15 and a property identified as that certain <br />east-west alley between Third Street and Santa Ana Blvd., for redevelopment <br />purposes. <br />
