INC <br />PARCEL AT THE AUTO MALL <br /> <br />FOR A 3.0-ACRE <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency grant Campbell <br />Automotive Group, Inc. a 90-day Exclusive Right to Negotiate for development <br />of a Saturn facility on a 3.0-acre parcel at the Ssnta Ana Auto Mall. <br /> <br />EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE TO HALL. MOORE £. COMPANY FOR THE TENTH AND FLOWER <br />lln <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member May, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency grant Hall, Moore £. <br />Company a six-month Exclusive Right to Negotiate for the development of <br />property located at Tenth and Flower Streets. <br /> <br />AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Agency Member May and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency instruct the Agency <br />Secretary to enter into the Minutes: <br /> <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda for the November 6, <br />1989 Adjourned Joint Regular Meeting of the City Councll/Redevelopment <br />Agency/Redevelopment Commission was posted on the door of the Council <br />Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 11 a.m. on November 2, 1989. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />At 6:08 p.m., the Agency Secretary announced the Redevelopment Agency was <br />recessing to Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) to <br />confer with the City Attorney regarding pending litigation which had been <br />initiated formally, and to which the City was a party, to wit: <br /> <br />Community Redevelopment Agency vs. Maxson, et a1. <br /> <br />and pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c) to decide to initiate <br />litigation. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
