Nelson, Executive Director/Community Development Agency <br />Robert Hoffman, Real Estate & Redevelopment Manager <br />Debra Kurita, Administrative Services Manager <br />Patti Nunn, Project Manager <br />Vera Harrison, Secretary <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and <br />carried unanimously (4:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting held July 18, 1989. <br /> <br />EXCUSE OF ABSENCE <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (4:0) that Agency Members May and Norton be excused <br />because of the press of business. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO BASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SANTA ANA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT AND <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Young and <br />carried unanimously (4:0) that the Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency <br />Attorney to prepare and authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to <br />execute an Amendment to the Base Agreement between the Santa Ana Unified <br />School District and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana <br />regarding interest drawdown on the City's $8 million grant to the School <br />District. <br />
