<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The legal counsel requests that the Redevelopment Agency recess to Closed <br />Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(A) to confer with its <br />attorney regarding pending litigation which has been initiated formerly, and <br />to which the Redevelopment Agency is a party. The title of the litigation is: <br /> <br />Community Redevelopment Agency vs. Circle T <br /> <br />The Agency Members returned to Council Chambers at 6:05 p.m. with all members <br />present. <br /> <br />REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve settlement in <br />the amount of $315,000 plus interest. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS/ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Agency Member Norton requested a list of ongoing projects in all areas, which <br />will include locations and the status of each project. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Agency, the <br />meeting adjourned at 6:07 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Director <br /> <br />-4- <br />
