Inc. <br /> <br />The Redevelopment Agency ratified payment of $111,000 for loss of <br />business goodwill, fixtures and equipment, personal property and <br />required relocation assistance payments. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting held January 17, 1989. <br /> <br />MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency authorize an <br />additional allocation of Housing Set-Aside funds in the amount of $500,000 to <br />fund loans to eligible first-time home buyers under the Mortgage Assistance <br />Program and authorize staff-recommended modifications to the Mortgage <br />Assistance Program. <br /> <br />AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Acosta, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency instruct the Agency <br />Secretary to enter into the Minutes: Pursuant to Government Code Section <br />54954.2, the Agenda for the January 17, 1989 Regular Meeting of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic <br />Center Plaza, at 12 noon on January 13, 1989. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Agency, the <br />meeting adjourned at 9:20 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Oyn~l. ~ <br /> <br />Executive Director/ <br />Community Development Agency <br /> <br />-2- <br />
