The Redevelopment Agency ratified payment of $111,000 for loss of business goodwill, fixtures and equipment, personal property and required relocation assistance payments. ~ It was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held January 17, 1989. MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency authorize an additional allocation of Housing Set-Aside funds in the amount of $500,000 to fund loans to eligible first-time home buyers under the Mortgage Assistance Program and authorize staff-recommended modifications to the Mortgage Assistance Program. AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT It was moved by Agency Member Acosta, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency instruct the Agency Secretary to enter into the Minutes: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda for the January 17, 1989 Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 12 noon on January 13, 1989.
