<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />DECEMBER 18, 1990 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order <br />at 5:38 p.m. by Chairman Young in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana, California. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given, and <br />the following Agency Members were in attendance: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />John Acosta <br />Dan Griset <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />Miguel Pulido, Vice Chairman <br />Robert L. Richardson <br />Daniel H. Young, Chairman <br /> <br />Rick Norton <br /> <br />(5:42 p.m.) <br /> <br />Others in Attendance: <br /> <br />David N. Ream, City Manager <br />Edward Cooper, City Attorney <br />Debra Kurita, Assistant City Manager <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and <br />carried unanimously (5:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency held November 20, <br />1990. <br /> <br />REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE PACIFIC SYMPHONY ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Young, seconded by Agency Member Richardson and <br />carried unanimously (5:0) that the Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency <br />Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to <br />execute, a Reimbursement Agreement in the amount of $60,000 with the Pacific <br />Symphony Association for improvements to the Pacific Symphony Building at 115 <br />East Santa Ana Boulevard. <br /> <br />This approval is contingent upon a agreement to be reached between the <br />Redevelopment Agency and Pacific Symphony, which will be satisfactory to the <br />City Manager, and will allow other organizations the use of the facility. <br />
