<br />t <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Agency Member Pulido arrived at 5:42 p.m. <br /> <br />OFFSITE IMPROVEMENT LOAN FOR CIVIC CENTER BARRIO PROJECT LOCATED AT 638 - 642 <br />EAST ADAMS STREET <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Griset, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve an Offsite <br />Loan in an amount not to exceed $50,000 and within program guidelines to Civic <br />Center Barrio Housing Corporation for its project located at 638 - 642 East <br />Adams Street. <br /> <br />BROADWAY THEATER DEMOLITION: CHANGE ORDER NO.1 <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Griset and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve Change Order <br />No.1 for the Broadway Theater Demolition Project in the amount of $77,250. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ANNUAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1989-90 <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the Annual <br />Report for FY 1989-90 consisting of: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Annual Audit Report as prepared by Deloitte & Touche. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The Annual Report of Financial Transactions, and <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Schedule HCD describing the Agency's activities affecting housing and <br />displacement. <br /> <br />AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Richardson, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency instruct the secretary <br />to enter into the Minutes: <br /> <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda for the November 20, <br />1990 Regular Meeting of the Co_unity Redevelopment Agency was posted on the <br />door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, at 10 a.m. on <br />November 16, 1990. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />At 5:45 p.m., the Agency Secretary announced that the Redevelopment Agency <br />was recessing to Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) <br />to confer with its attorney regarding pending litigation which has been <br />initiated formally, and to which the Agency is a party. <br /> <br />The title of the litigation is: (1) CRA v. Schurgin Development Corporation <br />et al. (2) CRA v. Pacific Drive-In Theaters. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
