<br />i\ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />AUGUST 21, 1990 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order <br />at 5:41 p.m. by Vice Chairman Acosta in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza, Santa Ana, California. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given, <br />and the following Agency Members were in attendance: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />John Acosta, Vice Chairman <br />Ron May <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />Miguel Pulido <br /> <br />Daniel Griset <br />Rick Norton <br />Daniel H. Young, Chairman <br /> <br />Others in Attendance: <br /> <br />David N. Ream, City Manager <br />Edward Cooper, City Attorney <br />Debra Kurita, Assistant City Manager <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (4:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency held July 17, 1990. <br /> <br />BRISTOL CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT - CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE <br /> <br />Agency Member McGuigan made a motion to continue this item to the next <br />meeting. This motion failed for lack of a second. <br /> <br />Agency Member Pulido made a substitute motion, which was seconded by Agency <br />Member May and carried 3:1 (Agency Member McGuigan opposed) that the <br />Redevelopment Agency adopt Resolution No. 90-08 - A Resolution of the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana adopting guidelines <br />for implementing Section 406, conforming properties, of the Redevelopment Plan <br />for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project, with the understanding that <br />modifications and amendments are being considered. <br /> <br />OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENT LOANS FOR CIVIC CENTER BARRIO PROJECTS LOCATED AT <br />1l02-1106 WEST SECOND STREET AND 201 NORTH RAITT STREET <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Agency Member May and <br />carried unanimously (4:0) that the Redevelopment Agency: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Approve an Off-site Loan in the amount of $17,196 to Civic Center Barrio <br />Housing Corporation for its project located at 1102 - 1106 West Second <br />Street. <br />
