<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Approve an Off-site Loan in an amount not to exceed $50,000 and within <br />program guidelines to Civic Center Barrio Housing Corporation for its <br />project located at 201 North Raitt Street. <br /> <br />INFILL NEW CONSTRUCTION LOAN FOR 103 EAST ST <br /> <br />GERTRUDE PLACE <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Agency Member May and <br />carried unanimously (4:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve an Infill New <br />Construction Loan for Jesus and Maria Villa in an amount not to exceed $50,000 <br />to construct a single family residence located at 103 East St. Gertrude Place. <br /> <br />OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENT LOAN FOR 1130 WEST THIRD STREET <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Agency Member May and <br />carried unanimously (4:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve an off-site <br />loan in the amount of $6,800 and authorize an exception to the program <br />guidelines to fund up to an additional $8,200 for the construction of a block <br />wall for the property located at 1130 West Third Street. <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION LOAN TO CIVIC CENTER BARRIO HOUSING CORPORATION FOR 201 NORTH <br />RAITT STREET <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Agency Member May and <br />carried unanimously (4:0) that the Redevelopment Agency authorize a loan in <br />the amount of $58,200 to Civic Center Barrio Housing Corporation for its <br />proposed project located at 201 North Raitt Street. <br /> <br />AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (4:0) that the Redevelopment Agency instruct the Agency <br />secretary to enter into the minutes: <br /> <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda for the July 17, 1990 <br />Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door <br />of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 10 a.m. on July 13, 1990. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS/ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Agency Member McGuigan coDUllented on a letter from a resident, Carmen Gonzales, <br />who lives near Second and Raitt Streets, and is concerned about the various <br />problems in the area--drug dealing, etc. Agency Member McGuigan stated her <br />desire for the Civic Center Barrio project to diligently move forward in order <br />to eliminate some of these problems. <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO VOTE ON A CLOSED SESSION ITEM <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Agency Member McGuigan and <br />carried unanimously (4:0) that the need arose to vote on a Closed Session item <br />subsequent to preparation of the agenda. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
