Cynthia Nelson, Executive Director/Community Development Agency, <br />replied that a map exists which shows the parcels affected by the Bristol <br />widening (those that are already exempted in the plan), the 20 development <br />sites, and the remaining 1,050 parcels. <br /> <br />Agency Member Pulido asked to review the memo at issue in order to clear up <br />this discrepancy. <br /> <br />There was further discussion regarding continuing the item to the next <br />Redevelopment Agency meeting. Agency Kember Norton commented on the fact that <br />many people who own property in the Bristol area are worried about this matter <br />and would like to know the status of their property. <br /> <br />City Kanager Dave Ream suggested that staff make this map available for <br />review, and to continue this meeting to the next scheduled meeting of the City <br />Council--May 21, 1990, at which time the Agency can take action. <br /> <br />After further discussion, it was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by <br />Agency Member Pulido and carried unanil8Ously (6:0) to continue this item and <br />to adjourn the meeting to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the City <br />Council, May 21, 1990. <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT - BRISTOL CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Pulido, seconded by Agency Member McGuigan and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve Appropriation <br />Adjustment No. 164 transferring $50,000 to the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment <br />Project fund. <br /> <br />BID REOUEST - BOWERS MUSEUM EXPANSION - IMPROVEMENTS TO EDUCATION CENTER <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Norton and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency authorize staff to <br />advertise for bids for construction of improvements at the Education Center of <br />the Bowers Museum. <br /> <br />BID AWARD - REPLACEMENT OF TREE GRATES ALONG FOURTH STREET <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Acosta, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency award the bid and <br />authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director to execute a contract with <br />the lowest responsive bidder, Damon Construction, in the amount of $73,710. <br /> <br />AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Kember Pulido, seconded by Agency Member McGuigan and <br />carried unanimously (6:0) that the Redevelopment Agency instruct the Agency <br />Secretary to enter into the Kinutes: <br /> <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda for the April 17, 1990 <br />Joint Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency/City Council was posted on <br />the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 10 a.m. on <br />April 13, 1990. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
