<br />. . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />JANUARY 15, 1991 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order <br />at 5:41 p.m. by Vice Chairman Pulido in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza, Santa Ana, California. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given, <br />and the following Agency Members were in attendance: <br /> <br />mmrI <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />John Acosta <br />Dan Griset <br />Patricia McGuigan <br />Miguel Pulido, Vice Chairman <br />Robert L. Richardson <br /> <br />Rick Norton <br />Daniel H. Young, Chairman <br /> <br />Others in Attendance: <br /> <br />David N. Ream, City Manager <br />Edward Cooper, City Attorney <br />Debra Kurita, Assistant City Manager <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member Richardson, seconded by Agency Member McGuigan <br />and carried unanimously (5:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the <br />minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency held <br />December 18, 1990. <br /> <br />ACOUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 414 SOUTH SUSAN STREET <br /> <br />After a brief discussion, it was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by <br />Agency Kember Richardson and carried unanimously (5:0) to continue this item <br />for 60 days. <br /> <br />ACOUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 601 EAST THIRD STREET <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and <br />carried unanimously (5:0) that the Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency <br />Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to <br />execute, an agreement to purchase real property located at 601 East Third <br />Street in the amount of $70,000. <br /> <br />Ms. Whitaker stated that she will provide the Agency Members with information <br />on the neighborhoods. <br />
