' . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PROPOSED MODIFICATION TO RESIDENTIAL REBATE PROGRAM <br /> <br />Responding to a question from Agency Member Richardson regarding the median <br />income and the proposed modification to the Residential Rebate Program, <br />Patricia Whitaker, Housing Division, stated that the median income in Orange <br />County is $52,000 for a family of four. This proposed modification will <br />assist in reaching a greater number of individuals. She added that funds in <br />the amount of $150,000 to $200,000 have been set aside for rebates. <br />Ms. Whitaker stated that she will provide the Agency Members with information <br />on the neighborhoods. <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and <br />carried unanimously (5:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the proposed <br />modifications to the Residential Rebate Program. <br /> <br />AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT <br /> <br />It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and <br />carried unanimously (5:0) that the Redevelopment Agency instruct the Agency <br />Secretary to enter into the Minutes: <br /> <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda for the December 18, <br />1990 Regular Meeting of the CoDUllunity Redevelopment Agency was posted on the <br />door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, at 10 a.m. on <br />December 14, 1990. <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS/PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />In response to a question from Agency Member McGuigan regarding the Pacific <br />Symphony Association, Robert Hoffman, Redevelopment and Real Estate Manager, <br />commented that a letter had been drafted to the Symphony Association which <br />outlined the proposal of allowing other groups to share the facility. The <br />Association has indicated that they will respond in writing regarding their <br />concerns about scheduling conflicts.
