There being no Council action in the matter, the Notice of Exemption <br />and Zoning Administrator's Finding of Fact, approving Minor Exception <br />No. 80-10, received by Council and filed by the Clerk of the Council, <br />are deemed to be in effect. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - EX 80-12 The public hearing for con- <br />3312 W. FIRST STREET sideration of Minor Excep- <br />DENIED tion No. 80-12, to allow <br /> the sale of beer and wine in <br />an existing market at 3312 West First Street in the C2 District, was <br />opened by the Mayor. <br /> <br />The Planning Director presented the staff report and recommendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written communications. <br /> <br />A member of the audience spoke of the necessity for businesses to sell <br />alcoholic beverages to be successful. <br /> <br />There were no speakers for or against the proposal.
