<br />RESTITUTION FOR DAMAGES seconded by Bricken, to authorize
<br />AUTHORIZED the City Attorney to take all
<br /> necessary measures, including
<br />filing of an action in Municipal Court, against Sandra Q. Ortiz to collect
<br />for damages to a police vehicle in the approximate amount of $3,439.00.
