<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Councilmember McGuigan withdrew her substitute motion. Discussion <br />continued. Terry McCaulay and Gerald Chirpka representing Safely on <br />Shores Ministries, Inc. addressed Council and requested that the single <br />family occupancy restriction not be placed on the property.
