2. That the returns of said election have been duly and regularly <br />canvassed as provided by law, and all absentee ballots returned, if any, <br />have been canvassed as provided by law, with said certification of canvass <br />attached hereto as "Exhibit A" and made a part hereof as if set forth at <br />length herein. <br /> <br /> 3. That the total votes cast at said election for and against said <br />propositions are set forth in said "Exhibit A." <br /> <br /> 4. That the votes of a majority of all of the voters voting at said <br />election upon Proposition S were cast in favor of the adoption of said <br />proposition, and said proposition is hereby declared to have been carried <br />at said election. <br /> <br /> 5. That the votes of a majority of all of the voters voting at said <br />election upon Proposition T were cast in favor of the adoption of said <br />proposition, and said proposition is hereby declared to have been carried <br />at said election. <br /> <br /> 6. That the votes of a majority of all of the voters voting at said <br />election upon Proposition U were cast in favor of the adoption of said <br />proposition, and said proposition is hereby declared to have been carried <br />at said election. <br /> <br /> 7. That the votes of a majority of all of the voters voting at said <br />election upon Proposition V were cast in favor of the adoption of said <br />proposition, and said proposition is hereby declared to have been carried <br />at said election. <br /> <br /> 8. That the votes of a majority of all of the voters voting at said <br />election upon Proposition W were cast in favor of the adoption of said <br />proposition, and said proposition is hereby declared to have been carried <br />at said election. <br /> <br /> 9.
